I oversee and manage all aspects of Fronteo's Managed Review Offering in addition to selling directly to customers I represent as well as supporting Fronteo sales in their efforts. This includes direct oversight of the entire review management team, on-boarding and recruiting, billing and invoicing, operations, project management team for review, integrating technology, marketing, direct sales, sales support and client engagement and management. Under my management, the Review Department has grown from on average of 5 million annually to over 25 million annually. Fronteo acquired Essential Discovery in 2016. I joined Fronteo as part of that acquisition.

As National Managing Director, I manage all aspects of Essential Discovery’s business. I have successfully integrated the most cutting-edge technology, top talent and processes into the document review staffing model to push forward a managed services offering that is second to none. Drawing on my decade-plus worth of experience in the document review industry, I have been responsible for designing review protocols that have resulted in client savings in excess of several million dollars. In addition, by leveraging technology I have implemented quality control protocols for clients that have increased accuracy and decreased omissions during the review process. In addition, I am responsible for successfully implementing and managing internal protocols to help with the overall day to day management of the company. This includes managing all recruiting, billing, invoicing and facilities activities. In this capacity, I have successfully implemented programs designed to identify and retain top talent. In my three years with Essential Discovery, I have helped the company to increase total revenue by five times the previous annual average.

I managed electronic discovery reviews for some of the leading law firms.The subject matter of the case work included intellectual property disputes, antitrust, mergers and acquisitions, internal investigations, copyright infringement, breach of contract and State and Federal investigations. I coordinated with e-vendors regarding the production, collection and uploading of documents for review and production.I would also advise attorneys on vendor selection and technology needs. I would troubleshoot technical database problems and trained review teams and associates on all end-user applications on multiple review platforms. I worked with IT professionals to develop best practices for an effective and efficient review.I created and maintained quality control standards for large document review projects. I would implement policy and train review teams regarding best practices pertaining to the drafting of privilege logs. I conducted targeted reviews including establishing search criteria for sensitive and hot documents. I would then export data into readable formats.I drafted memos and updates for associates and partners pertaining to all phases of the document review process. I also authored coding sheets and criteria based on opposition RFPs. I established and implemented review protocols for contract attorneys and then distributed review sets to team members.I resolved day to day logistical concerns of a large scale document review. I would brief counsel on relevant documents in preparation of depositions. I then summarized depositions for various matters ranging from IP to employment law. I staffed projects with personal network of top-tier contract attorneys. I would participate in litigation strategy meetings, functioning as the primary liaison between review team and associates and partners.
