I have a history of turning my hobbies into income producing ventures. I have been a firefighter for 23 years between DC and Md; the last 18 with Washington DC where I've had the chance to implement & oversee several programs such as recruit fitness training, "CPAT" testing and a return to work program post stress testing. I've organized fitness challenges between Police & Fire departments. My methods of training have proven effective based on the overwhelming number of improvements seen in a few hundred recruits and clients.I try as often as possible to be involved in fundraising efforts for various charities for the last 20 years. In 2010 I combined my love of helping people, staying active and event planning by starting WildFire LLC. My main objectives are to create a fun inviting atmosphere, persuade people to get back outside and enjoy being active in and outdoor settings. WildFire LLC has branched out to personal training, group fitness, fundraising and other various social events over the years. I've heavily involved myself with various real estate investment endeavors over the last 18 years. I jump at every chance to teach and learn about real estate investing. I've done numerous wholesale deals, rehabs, flips, lien investing and now focus on buying and holding rental properties. Woodworking has been a hobby of mine since I was a kid. This hobby has turned into a lucrative business by making custom art, wood signage and flags.
