In this role, I manage the Anomali training team (based in the UK and US). Offering both Instructor Lead Training (ILT) and eLearning content. Since joining Anomali I have launched a new LMS system and led the team converting and redesigning existing product training videos into interactive modules including simulations, walkthrough guides, and updated videos. Training international clients on threat intelligence, cyber-security, and how to utilize the Anomali Altitude platform to enhance the productivity of their security analysts. Working with upper management to standardize the group on learning and development standards practices and project management models.

CEM Systems is a leading provider in access control and integrated security management systems. Our clients include Airports, Universities, Hospitals, Banks, corporate premises and many more. In this role, I am responsible for handling worldwide technical training for all Electrical Installers and End User customers. It is my role is to design and prepare all training and commissioning materials as appropriate. To design all these training modules I would have a number of meetings with the designers and subject matter experts for each product and include them in the training design process.I am required to travel to worldwide destinations to deliver training or commissioning on site. At times this can be training an unknown number of delegates with varying levels of technical capability, or troubleshooting and resolving unexplained problems or issues. This requires me to navigate logistical problems which in some circumstances are more complex as a result of the language barrier; however, I always ensure customer satisfaction.

Delivered personalised training and coaching for all levels from beginner to pro using Apple’s training techniques. Supported individuals to develop skills in video editing, presentation design and desktop publishing. As an I.T. trainer at Apple it was my role to identify t training requirements, create a training plan and then take that plan forward. I trained a wide variety of people: Apple Staff, External Business’s and Apple Customers. These sessions could be one on one interactions or as a group workshop. The job relied on excellent interpersonal skills and clear verbal communication. The style of training session depended on the skills that are needed, in a One on One interaction I had to assess the customer’s needs and skills quickly, then coach them in the appropriate manner. Workshops for business would have a different workflow, it could be three weeks in planning, contacting the business to find their needs, who is attending, each members skill set and then creating a custom 2 hour workshop. These sessions could have covered the very basics of using a computer, word processing and professional software (e.g. how to improve their workflow with images and photography in Apples Aperture).
