Forecasts need for land, ammunition and other supplies. •Created systems directly responsible for an operational readiness over 85% (peer average under 70%).•Mentored 3 Team Leads on their assigned duties and prepared them to assume my role. 2/3 Team leads selected above their peers to the role of Executive Officer within the other company organizations. The final Team Lead was elevated to greater responsibility as a Scout Platoon leader.
