I am responsible for fulfilling the vision of Image Church through execution of systems and strategy in conjunction with leading the staff and other ministry leaders at Image Church. Maintain consistent awareness of the financial position of the church in correlation with the bookkeeper. Provide financial direction to the church in order to function with resourceful excellenceProduce staff monthly financial reports. Lead the financial team in producing the annual budget and presenting it to the elders and congregation. Oversee the process for benevolence for Image Church. Oversee the stewardship development of the church at large. Give direction to Image Church primary as it relates to the execution of the vision and missionOversee the development of the staff organizational structure to effectively equip the church to fulfill its vision and mission Oversee the hiring, evaluation, development, and firing of all staff in coordination with the Lead Pastor. Additional responsibilities may become necessary at Image Church, or requested by the Lead Pastor, that need to be completed as part of the Executive Pastor Role.

Serving as the primary leader of all Guest Services & Membership ministries at the Brier Creek Campus. I am responsible for everything from the street to the seat, and catalyzes all connection points to membership and engagement.Guest Services:Implement the First Impressions (FI) culture across the board. Responsibilities include all FI teams from the parking lot to the auditorium - streets to the seats.Uphold the FI culture in all areas, communicating and demonstrating a level of excellence in our hospitality efforts. I also work with other ministry leaders to determine the best avenues of service.Shepherding:I serve in both a proactive and reactive role. Proactively, I lead in areas of Connections, Membership, and Volunteer Culture as stated above. Reactively, I serve with other campus elders when specific opportunities to shepherd – including church discipline – arise, including serving as a small group coach.
