- In charge of interviewing and hiring all staff for Ski, Spring Break and Graduation Trips. Maintained a full staff database and kept in constant communication with this staff by telephone, email and mail. -Negoiated contracts with hotels, ski resorts, production companies, restaurants and nightclubs. -Controlled inventory of all trip supplies and sponorship promotional materials. Sought out new sponsorships. -Aided in Marketing and publication of all trip brochures. -Booked all onsite transportation for staff.-Created the budget for all ski trips-Successfully ran multi week programs to various destinations. Managed all accounting for the programs, including hotel rooms, transfers, meal plans, activities and sales. -Controlled inventory, finances, staff training, staff schedules and management of on-site staff.- Assisted employess with all job functions including: Airport arrivals/departures, hotel check in/out, restaurants, medical and customer service.
