From the ground, to the packaging facility, to the sales and marketing branch, RPE owns and oversees the whole process from seed to plate.What I DoConceptualize, develop and manage design of consumer packaged goods for multiple national produce brands including Tasteful Selections, the number one brand in the petite potato category. Involves; branding, working with dielines, meeting/conversations with print vendors, press checks, UPC creation and working with outside sources on nutrition panels.Manage digital assets for entire company using Adobe Bridge. Organize and assign tags for fast access to files. Assets include; design files, fonts and well over 10,000 images.Collaborate with my team to plan, execute and manage national consumer-focused campaigns for multiple brands. Campaign responsibilities include: photography/art directing photographers, logo creation, concept design, wire-framing, illustration, in-store advertising, social media advertising and branded stationery.Initiate, design and build high quality mock-ups of packaging and in-store display units used for meetings with retail buyers and wholesalers.Produce and distribute bi-monthly company-wide newsletter and quarterly, customer focused publication designed to engage and inform employees/customers on events and happenings. Duties include; Typesetting multiple pages of copy, receiving and implementing edits, preparing files for print, working within strict timelines, yearly newsletter/publication redesign.
