Experienced Aquatic professional with passion for training and staff development.Over 20 years experience working in the public, private and non-profit sector of Aquatic Facility management. My greatest strength is the passion I have for training others to be outstanding professionals and relentlessly pursue a standard of excellence. I have trained and certified over 500 lifeguards. I have taught dozens of individuals how to be excellent Lifeguard Instructors. Teaching them how to identify and evaluate proficiency in skills and knowledge, how to provide appropriate corrective feedback when proficiency is not met, and how to evaluate the effectiveness of their instruction and content delivery. I have extensive knowledge and skills in routine and preventative maintenance and mechanical operation of most aquatic facilities and components. I utilize and incorporate technology in many aspects of my aquatic facility and program operation, training and education.
