Aaron has worked in the motion picture and television industry for over twenty years, many of them in motion picture marketing. More focused on the technical end of the process, Aaron graduated from Columbia College Chicago with a B.A. in Film with a concentration on editing. He started out working for the powerhouse, motion picture marketing agency, The Ant Farm, working his way into an Avid bay where he would prep trailers and TV spots for finishing. In 2007, Aaron became Director of Post-Production at motion picture marketing agency, Ignition Creative, where he oversaw the finishing of the agency's theatrical, television, home entertainment, and video game campaigns. In 2010, he discovered the emerging commercial drone technology and immediately recognized its potential for the film industry. He invested in the technology and founded AirKraft Productions, which provided remote-operated aerial cinematography to the motion picture industry. As one of the first in the industry to offer this service, Aaron was recruited to work on a variety of projects ranging from documentary TV series for Discovery Channel (How We Invented The World, and Hang Men). National Geographic (Rock Stars), and Food Network (Extreme Chef, and Iron Chef), to music videos, to motion pictures, to live, extreme sports events (Red Bull's Crashed Ice and more). Since the drone business has wound down, Aaron has been freelance producing and directing music videos as well as narrative projects, most notably, a fast-paced, short, action movie series which that has garnered over 20 million views, collectively, THE CURE, and FASTER: A CHAPTER FROM THE CURE. A third movie in the series, a prequel, titled REAPER is in its final stages of production and will also be released on YouTube in the coming months. Aaron has been an integral part of the Creative process for the action movie series, having manufactured props and built sets for the film. Additionally, he has served as the cinematographer and a problem solver for all issues during the filming process.
