Customer Service Manager
CurrentIncredibly varied and diverse role where in my time with the business I have gained broad experience over many areas and job roles including computer repair services, sales, cashiering, operation of a photo lab, general administrative tasks, operations management, goods receiving and warehousing. The role has seen me jointly responsible for creating and following up purchase orders and credit claims, organizing resources and point of sale material for the store, complaint handling, customer relationship management, administrative functions and other ad hoc duties. A large part of my role has been managing repairs and faulty product returns to the store where my role was to act as an intermediary between our customers and suppliers, ensuring the customers rights and the businesses obligations were being met within the scope of Australian Consumer Law, liaising with customers to manage expectations to ensure a positive experience.
