Collaboration is the key to success. In order to move forward, we must move together. I've been working on collaborative private and social efforts since I began my career in 2019. Career highlights:- Facilitated growth of Midwest Evaluation and Research from 5 employees to 30 employees from 2019 to 2023 through the implementation of IT systems, administrative processes, and HR policies. - Developed long-term strategic plans for Midwest Evaluation and Research, applicable to most small businesses. - Worked in collaboration with Social Innovation Laboratory (non-profit) to secure over $1 million in OFA funding and create stategic plans for future growth. - Started Aspire, a small business-to-business consulting firm dedicated to growing small business and non-profits with a focus on federal grant writing and submission. - On behalf of others, created several businesses including LLC's, non-profits, and S-Corps.
