As an F-22 specialist, I troubleshooted, evaluated, inspected, refinished, repaired, tested, modified and maintained advanced composite components, internal and external to the aircraft's structure and LO (Low Observable) systems and subsystems and any applicable aircraft specialized coatings. I maintained inventory, ordered required parts, tools and PPE through vendors and conducted audits to ensure inventory accuracy. My primary duty was to repair damaged F-22 aircraft in order to have them be mission ready to deploy overseas. As an additional duty, I was also a VPP (Voluntary Protection Program) representative. I was tasked to provide my fellow team members with safety briefings given to me by the head of the VPP and to identify safety hazards on the warehouse floor and to correct them.Accomplishments:- Zero defects on an F-22 Aircraft upon final inspection- Supported the U.S. Air Force mission by repairing numerous damaged F-22 aircraft for immediate deployments overseas.
