I love helping people and organizations become the best versions of themselves. In my 20 years of work experience, I have learned to persuade and influence without authority, created programs for organizations and people alike, and gained unique insights into numerous industries, functions, and companies. Today, I lead DEI and Culture for the Americas region of WSAudiology, the third largest hearing aid manufacturer in the world, where I bring my consulting skills, curiosity, and ability to challenge conventional thinking to bear in defining recruitment strategies, evolving talent development programs, and using data-driven analysis to influence inclusive decision-making.Outside of my day job, you’ll find me speaking to organizations about DEIB topics (InclusionAF), helping professionals discover career clarity (CoachingAF), educating people on key life skills (GroanUp), or advocating for Asian professionals and students through Ascend (an organization dedicated to developing pan-Asian business leaders).
