CoachingAF brings career and life clarity to coaching clients across the world and from all walks of life. My primary focus is on mid-career to senior professionals who have yet to find resonance in the work they do. By identifying what you value, want you want, and what you need, we can begin to find the kinds of work, organizations, jobs, and cultures that bring out the best in you. I do this by asking powerful questions and letting your answers create what I call "wrinkles in the brain" - those moments where you learn or realize something that makes you go, "Huh - I never thought of it that way before." I'm a deep student of organizational behavior. In addition to completing the Coaches Training Institute coaching curriculum, I have counseled MBA and master's students and alumni at Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management for nearly a decade.
