My primary focus is on mid-career to senior professionals who have yet to find resonance in the work they do. I do this by asking powerful questions and letting your answers create what I call "wrinkles in the brain" - those moments where you learn or realize something that makes you go, "Huh - I never thought of it that way before."
I'm a deep student of organizational behavior. In addition to completing the Coaches Training Institute coaching curriculum, I have counseled MBA and master's students and alumni at Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management for nearly a decade.
