Lieutenant Colonel Retired Aaron Lilley is a career military professional with a deep background in problem analysis, operational planning, and organizational leadership. Mr. Lilley graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York with a BS degree in Political Science and Mechanical Engineering. He was commissioned a Regular Army officer in the Armor branch in 1994. A proud cavalryman, he has served in Army leadership and staff positions from platoon to division and has deployed multiple times to Iraq, Kuwait and South Korea.In his last military assignment Mr. Lilley led a multi-agency, multi-functional team of uniformed and civilian evaluators and analysts. His team reported the observations, insights and Army-level recommendations generated by the annual Army Expeditionary Warrior Experiment conducted by the Maneuver Center of Excellence at Fort Benning, Georgia. AEWE is Training and Doctrine Command's premiere live, prototype, force-on-force experimentation campaign and gives the Army the opportunity to investigate the implications of advanced technology when inserted into small Army maneuver units.Mr. Lilley's military awards include two Bronze Stars, three Meritorious Service Medals, the Iraq Campaign Medal with three stars, and the Recruiting badge.Mr. Lilley retired in the spring of 2017 with almost 23 years of service and remains in the Aberdeen Proving Ground area. He possessed a TS-SCI clearance that lapsed in 2018, and retains a secret clearance. He seeks post-Army opportunities that leverage his experience and talents and offer a fresh start with career 2.0.
