Managing Director for the Army’s Aviation and Missile Life-Cycle Management Command, responsible for the daily staff execution of an operational command of more than 18,000 soldiers, civilians and contractors charged with enabling sustainable materiel readiness of all Army Aviation and Missile units. Guided 400-person functional staff of Soldiers, DoD Civilians and contractors through requirements development, contracting, supply chain and depot activities for aviation and missile systems. Led the strategic planning, programming, execution, and oversight of $4 billion in appropriated funds and $3.2 billion in Army Working Capital Fund.

Directed a 3,000+ member organization, consisting of 137 aircraft, 1540 vehicles, and an operational budget of $85M, that provided professional and safe combined-arms aviation support across the Republic of Korea.

Served as the Director of Operations for the Department of Strategic Wargaming and the team lead for a multi-disciplinary group of military and civilians to design, develop, and execute strategic games. Support the Army War College mission to educate strategic leaders and advance ideas related to strategic land power. Provided an environment that fosters professional growth, innovation, and agility.

Served as Deputy Director for Strategic Effects at U.S. Army Pacific (USARPAC), advising the Commanding General on theater strategy, campaign planning, and information operations. Led a 70-person team responsible for the strategic direction of USARPAC, overseeing the effective employment of 106,000 personnel and coordinating with theater partners to achieve desired effects. Played a pivotal role in developing, testing, and advising on future force concepts and capabilities, ensuring USARPAC's readiness to address evolving security challenges in the Indo-Pacific region.

Led a 400-member organization with 36 aircraft, 250+ vehicles, and related ground support equipment. Managed a $11M operating budget and the resources to enable successful training, certification, and provision of safe and effective manned and unmanned aviation capabilities to conventional and special operations forces in contingency and combat conditions.

Served as a senior politico-military policy analyst, leading strategic planning and concept development efforts for Middle East operations. Advised senior leadership on critical issues, including national security strategy, joint operations, and interagency coordination. Prepared materials for high-level meetings and represented the Joint Staff in interagency planning forums.Selected as the 2014 Joint Staff Action Officer of the Year
