Managing Director for the Army’s Aviation and Missile Life-Cycle Management Command, responsible for the daily staff execution of an operational command of more than 18,000 soldiers, civilians and contractors charged with enabling sustainable materiel readiness of all Army Aviation and Missile units. Guided 400-person functional staff of Soldiers, DoD Civilians and contractors through requirements development, contracting, supply chain and depot activities for aviation and missile systems. Led the strategic planning, programming, execution, and oversight of $4 billion in appropriated funds and $3.2 billion in Army Working Capital Fund.

Directed a 3,000+ member organization, consisting of 137 aircraft, 1540 vehicles, and an operational budget of $85M, that provided professional and safe combined-arms aviation support across the Republic of Korea.

Led a 70-person team responsible for the strategic direction of USARPAC, overseeing the effective employment of 106,000 personnel and coordinating with theater partners to achieve desired effects. Played a pivotal role in developing, testing, and advising on future force concepts and capabilities, ensuring USARPAC's readiness to address evolving security challenges in the Indo-Pacific region.
