In this designation, I oversaw the functions of strategy development and delivery of 6 separate oil & gas pipeline and tank inspection programs and a budget of $75 million in a fast-paced environment. Here, I annually analyzed work performance and inspection data, developed forecasts for the inspection scope of work, built estimation models, created resource plans and built the annual budget and organization plans. • Directed strategy and execution for six distinct oil & gas pipeline and tank inspection programs, managing a budget of $75M, and establishing these programs as the most profitable sector in company history, yielding twice the profitability compared to similar operations within the company.• Built the winning $75M bid proposal from scratch, creating organizational charts, pay structures, role definitions, and authoring the comprehensive business and operational strategy for the program.• Spearheaded a company-wide initiative to develop a robust database, scheduling, and planning software to support one of the programs, dramatically boosting operational efficiency.• Instituted sound financial and operational processes for the program, laying a sturdy foundation for sustained profitability and successful delivery within the client's timeline.• Collaborated with the CEO and CFO to analyze member company financial statements, providing strategic inputs for operational changes and course correction as necessary.• Developed and implemented the company's Leadership Development Program, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement, strengthening leadership competencies across the organization.

In this role, I planned special projects and pipeline inspection work for contractors. I also managed contractor delivery of inspection programs, built resource schedules, coordinated operations activity, developed planning processes for contractors, and developed productivity tracking tools.Furthermore, I created processes and led continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs. Moreover, I aligned budgets with work structure and developed statistical models to track work history and show improvements or declines in productivity.
