I currently manage the Self-Help Success strategy for Observability (Azure Monitor), which is one of the largest business portfolios (14 products) in all of Microsoft's cloud offerings.I prioritize a book of work that spans many organizations (Support, Engineering, Customer Experience CXP, Docs Content, etc.) to optimize customers' self-help experience in the Azure Portal. This work reduces support costs by millions of dollars each year.
