I lead the day-to-day operations for MyMajors and Townsend Communications, Inc. Central role in product development, user experience, client success strategies, outreach initiatives, internal processes, technology integrations, and efficiencies.

● Advise high school and college students to create a plan for their future major, college and career for degree completion and job placement.● Create customized web-based programs to help students in high school and college find their best-fit degree program and help improve college and university retention and graduation rates.● Lead key strategic meetings with higher education administrators, staff and faculty on developing a student success program for keeping students engaged and focused to complete their degree.● Assist colleges, universities, branches of the military and post-secondary institutions with their student recruitment, retention, graduation initiatives and marketing through online, mobile, email marketing, text messaging, social media and print initiatives.● Coordinate and manage over 1.2 million magazines distributed to high schools, school districts, community colleges and secondary counseling services.● Execute B2B and B2C email marketing campaigns and initiatives to develop user engagement and create new business.● Operate and monitor SBS as internal IT manager.
