•Readiness & Training: Coordinate and manage internal and external readiness and training needs for Microsoft Federal. Internal Readiness – coordinate training plans for change efforts that are driven through new features in systems, process changes, or general changes to Microsoft Federal. The role will be coordinating training scope, approach, and plan in close coordination with the business unit change leads. External Readiness: coordinate with worldwide training organizations what role / sill / compliance-based training as assigned to Microsoft Federal teams.•Microsoft Federal Onboarding program: Continue to drive and develop the Federal onboarding program. This includes onboarding new to Microsoft / new to organization hires as well as being accountable to drive the ASPIRE program (University / MBA hires) representing Microsoft Federal. Accountable for the overall program, management of the onboarding cycle, maintenance of the Federal level content and coordination of onboarding content of the specific business units.•Fiscal Year/Semester Planning & Rhythm of Business: Partners with BSO leader to drive program management and communication for fiscal year planning activities on behalf of the Federal team, integrates with stakeholders inside and outside of Federal team to ensure alignment to corporate expectations, partners with BSO leader to define, enable and execute Federal level rhythms of business. •Sales Excellence / Consumption Excellence Community Support: Enables sales and consumption excellence leads in field by developing and supporting consistent business processes and information sharing, supports Federal level aggregation of sales pipeline and performance insights, drives sales related Federal level rhythms of business.
