• Work clearing accounts to reconcile claims with outstanding payments in Epic • Enter data accurately for payments sent from insurance companies daily in excel • Identify dental offices and patients to make sure all payments and forms are sent to intended recipient • Complete expected daily tasks and more under little supervision • Posted payments from insurance companies accurately to balance patients accounts in Epic • Train new team members with daily processes including identifying offices, patients and data entry • Work in the revenue operations center and have good understanding of the revenue cycle
