Collateral Duties:Ship's Diving Officer- Responsible for extensive testing to certify the ships ability to safely submerge and surface following a 5 year overhaul.- Created the Rig for Dive Program directly responsible for ensuring the ships ability to surface in emergent conditions.Assistant Senior Watch Officer- Responsible for personnel management of the officer wardroom to include overseeing officer qualifications, watch and duty rotation, and officer training.
