i've been to Culinary Arts Classes for 2 years and I also have offers from ACF for membership I also have worked for various companies such as Wal-Mart, Hastings Ent. and Cici's pizza which is owned by Always Hot L.L.C. I have also done weekend gigs with Classic Catering people in Balimore and i have met Duff Goldman from the food network(ace of cakes) which his company is located in Baltimore graduating high school as a Kansas Scholar Curriculum Completer I went to Job Corps in Manhattan, KS for Basic Culinary Arts then i applied for advanced training which is hard to get into, only 20 students out of all 50 states are accepted per year i went in 2006-2007 it was awesome to go to class and know it was paid for by a scholarship and i found out alot of things that i thought i could not do beforeSpecialties: Baking and cooking Sweet and Savory both. also Sanitation and nutrition. station cook activities with a taste of sous chef responsiblity
