Oversee daily regional operations within the largest comprehensive EMS system in NJ. Manage multiple ALS, BLS, and SCTU units across multiple counties. Handle scheduling concerns, conduct investigations, and provide on-scene support with EMTs, MICPs, and MICN/RNs.

Tasked with educating and onboarding the new EMT employees on the 9-1-1 and interfacility service lines in the areas served. Complete daily observation reports and performance improvement plans as necessary.

Provide 9-1-1 and non-emergency call-taking services in addition to police, fire, and medical dispatch capabilities for multiple municipalities. Efficiently work with several public safety software to effectively enter, search, and disseminate pertinent information to first responders. Coordinate with various local, state, and federal public safety agencies to support the areas served.

Led a team to research, plan, train, and implement electronic patient care reporting to comply with NJ standards. Equipped and maintain mobile computers, communication radios, and public safety software.

Create, coordinate, and manage all aspects of initial EMT orientation, continuing education, and protocol integration. Collaborate with medical directors, local hospitals, and outside vendors. Facilitate and deliver community safety classes to local organizations, schools, and members of the public. Lead an ongoing quality assurance and improvement program to ensure best practices are being met within the organization.
