As the lead pastor for New Life’s third campus, I oversaw the merger of two existing, outside churches into one, new organization. This process involved:An intensive schedule of regular, public teaching;Production of externally focused promotional materials including online videos, Facebook integration, blogging, and demographic-specific mailers;Short-term and crisis management counseling;Managing, coordinating, and equipping paid staff members as well as various ministry teams; Investing extensively in the recruiting, training, and deployment of new leaders at multiple levels; Generating and leading a comprehensive new membership process, which both established a fully functioning constitution and integrated nearly two hundred members.

Managed and oversaw warehouse staff, monitored and regulated stock-on-hand, established and maintained relationships with publishers and suppliers, and was responsible for shipping and receiving.
