Growing up, I was always tinkering with whatever I could get my hands on. Whether it was an old radio or cd player, legos, or bikes, I took them apart to try and understand how things worked. Through this, I found my love for engineering and paired with my skill in mathematics this was a good fit for me. In high school, I took an engineering and drafting class. This is where I first learned AutoCAD and feel in love. This was a bigger pull into engineering, mechanical engineering and engineering design that I decided to follow into college.I am now a junior at California Baptist University working on my Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Through my classes, I have expanded my skills in engineering design including AutoCAD, Inventor Fusion, SolidWorks as well as Microsoft suite and in-class projects where i developed skills in leadership and team collaboration.
