I oversee and coordinate the selection, procurement, warehousing, and distribution of all hardware essential for fulfilling the EPB's mission. Additionally, I manage the upkeep of EPB-owned buildings and grounds, handle vehicle selection, procurement, and maintenance, and strive to enhance metrics associated with these responsibilities.I've developed a comprehensive inventory tracking system that monitors items from purchase order to work order, warehouse, plant, and retirement. I diligently manage work order timelines, considering design processes and weather patterns to ensure optimal stock levels. My ongoing efforts focus on aligning EPB's warehouse and inventory management with the recommendations of our independent auditor.Building positive relationships with our vendors and sales representatives is a priority to ensure a strong partnership in times of significant need.

I was responsible for the installation, maintenance, and operation of all equipment essential for delivering broadband services to EPB customers. My role involved monitoring and ensuring the reliability and continuous improvement in the quality of broadband services. I initiated the creation of systems, methods, and new software for internal EPB purposes to enhance the overall quality of our services to customers.Additionally, I handled outages and trouble calls related to broadband services, and played a key role in managing the internal EPB client/server network. I ensured that the needs of EPB team members in relation to the network were promptly addressed. Managing and maintaining both analog and digital converter boxes, I also contributed to the utility's transition to an all-digital product.Beyond technical responsibilities, I conducted service calls to customer locations, troubleshooting their internal issues. While initially designated to take over my supervisor's position upon his retirement, I ultimately opted for a career change within the organization, transitioning to managing inventory controls and warehouse operations.

I oversaw the production of advertisements and programs for EPB Cable 6, Local Origination. During my tenure, I introduced new software and hardware to enhance the quality of our products. I actively engage in filming and editing local origination programming and am responsible for creating a schedule for airing. Notable achievements in this role include the inception and production of a cooking show for EPB6, as well as the filming and selling of "sports packages" for local high school football and basketball programs.Through successful show sales and securing advertisers, I generated income for EPB6, enabling us to progressively upgrade our equipment over the years.

Responsibilities as a part time Video Technician included the filming and editing of local origination content for our community, high school athletics, school graduations, and more. Converting VHS tapes to DVD. I was also responsible for maintaining our analog converter box inventory and provisioning them for customers.
