I have a proven track record of implementing process improvements that reduce costs and elevate performance, consistently exceeding business goals and maximizing ROI and SlA performance.A lifelong technology enthusiast, I’ve followed the evolution of personal computing since the early days and now channel that passion into hands-on projects with my sons, aged 16 and 18, exploring areas like gaming, robotics and home automation. I am particularly interested in how advancements in automation and robotics can reshape industries, including healthcare and manufacturing.Outside of my professional pursuits, I enjoy traveling to unique destinations and exploring local cultures, with a future goal of retiring to Germany or Belgium.
