I have more than 20 years of experience working in and with congressional offices, as well as with Administration staff. I lead our congressional outreach and serve as a national spokesperson for Common Cause. From having been a lobbyist for several non-profits, I have cultivated relationships with hundreds of congressional offices and have a strong understanding of the legislative process. I work with offices to help write, provide feedback on, and gain support for legislation. I frequently organize sign-on letters, write op-eds, organize congressional briefings/panels/webinars, provide sample social media to Hill offices, and promote other activities to advance our legislative goals and further strengthen our organization's relationships on Capitol Hill.
