Worked on an emergency response system for low-income elderly living in rental flats:- Engaged in UI design for the Case Management System, where I was involved in ideation, wire-framing, and design of new features.- Created a design system to reduce inconsistency and improve visual accessibility in the product- Assisted in field work and data collection for a study comparing the effectiveness of a private Personal Emergency Response System (PERS) vs. a public PERS.- Produced instructional videos and other collaterals, which were used in product deployment. Also worked on a community responder app, allowing citizens to respond to nearby emergencies:- Analysed qualitative data from interviews and translated insights into product requirements and features. - Designed a real-time animated CPR resource, and formulated a research plan to test its effectiveness against dispatcher-assisted CPR.

- Helped to establish a consistent illustration style for the LifeSG project, and assisted in the upkeep of visual elements and styles. - Designed custom illustrations and animations for the app.- Created a functional prototype for testing and demonstration.
