HR Business Partnering (current):● Partner and support the respective division leaders and department heads in managing the full spectrum of HR functions, which includes manpower acquisition/movements, performance management, learning needs and development, and employee relations issue management.● Engage with Divisional leaders to strategise and develop HR solutions to support business needs● Implement various organisational wide HR initiatives and policies.● Be an advisor to the division/department heads and staff on policy matters.● Support and implement various Organisation Development initiatives such as team building and change management.● Contribute to the review of HR policies and processes.Talent Management:● Ensure strong talent review and succession processes that identify and maintain a healthy leadership pipeline to achieve organisational objectives. This includes engaging various divisional leaders on the process of talent identification, facilitating the calibration process at divisional and organisational wide level with the Senior Management team.● Oversee Talent development through career conversations and informal chats with Talent, facilitating rotations and ensuring structured formal and informal learning● Managed the hiring and development of management associates to build future management pipeline. Learning & Development:● Strengthen competencies of staff across all functions through formal learning programmes.● Strengthen leaders’ and managers’ capability to lead team and coach staff through the leadership capability development framework and learning roadmap.● Drive the L&D processes that include review of policies and running of learning needs analysis exercise with the various divisions and departments.● Identify future capabilities and support the acquiring of necessary competencies for the organisation.● Develop and deliver service oriented trainings for the operational staff.

• Lead and manage a team of IT personnel in the delivery of IT services to the users.• Explore, develop and provide relevant IT solutions to serve the business unit.• Manage and deliver various IT projects within MFLG and the corporate organisation (SDC and it's subsidiaries)• Provide training to users on products and developed solutions

• Lead & manage projects in the areas of information and content management, controlled vocabulary and taxonomy development.• Manage the global delivery team to deliver and complete projects on time.• Provide consultancy services on knowledge, information and content management by conducting workshops, training and doing data assessments.• Provide training to clients on products and developed solutions.

• Lead & manage projects in the area of Data Centre Build, Data Centre Relocation, Storage, Cisco IPT, Cisco Network deployment and etc, covering all aspects of the projects from initiation, planning, execution, control and closing. Clients include Financial Institution, MNCs and Singapore Government Entity.• Work with the sales team in sizing of Project Management effort for new deals, be involved in the consultancy phase, defining scope of work, writing proposals and giving presentations to customers.

• Involve in deal pursuits and work with the pre-sales team in all Managed Services’ comprehensive outsourcing deals by crafting IT solutions to meet business requirements. This includes gathering requirements (both Business and Technical) from the customer, acquiring costing information, writing proposals and giving presentations to customers.• Manage ad-hoc Projects that cover the areas of Data Centre Relocation for existing customers.

• Responsible for managing and implementing various projects for HP’s existing customers in the areas of Data Centre Build, Data Centre Relocation and Server consolidation

• Backup management for HP’s internal HP-UX and Windows systems, providing support on software used as well as process improvement• Print Management and Champion for Enterprise print solution for the Asia Pacific Region for HP’s internal customers.
