Responsible for business development and product design. Most recently in the additive manufacturing space where I facilitated an additive manufacturing facility utilized as both a showroom and AM lab for production. This included all logistics from the ground up.Over the past few years helped transition Parabolic Designs from a design service to a full-service solution for PD's clients. Over the past year I was responsible for developing our business around additive manufacturing (all technologies, FDM, SLA, SLS, DMLS, etc.) utilizing the latest in 3D printing technologies and software.Responsibilities and skills included:Plant/Facilities layout - Responsible for designing and coordinating a facility for 3D printing machinery and support equipment, including post processing center.Machine Installation - Coordinated move of a plant in to the new facility, including installation and overseeing rigging and proper facility requirements for each piece of equipment. Coordination of suppliers vendors - Established and maintained relationships with suppliers for equipment and vendors who provided secondary (post processing) capabilities to our technologies.Design -- Assist clients with projects to ensure their viability for 3D printing. Utilized Creo Parametric 2.0-3.0 Maintenance/Operation of 3D printing equipment, including: 3D Systems line of professional and production machinery: SLS, SLA, Multi-jet, Color-Jet, Metals (DMLS)Post-processing - From lab layout to post-processing parts after the printing process, I was responsible for those activities.Quoting - Responsible for generating proposals for customers for requested services.

Our team is responsible for expanding and growing the 'Im Too Young For This!' community for young adults suffering from or who have gone thru cancer. Responsibilities included managing local chapters for growth in 9 states. Helping to organize social events and 'Stupid Cancer! Happy Hours' where young adults could get together and commiserate in a more social environment.

• Team member of Product Support Group responsible for improving current tele-handler lines to new EPA criteria and requirements.• Utilized PTC products, including Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire (2-4) and Windchill PDMLink (8.0-9.1)• Responsible for processing design modifications and engineering change requests• Worked with suppliers and vendors to bring in design projects and ensure that they met JLG Industries standards. This included importing designs in to PDMLink.• Experience in Pro/Cabling and Pro/Piping critical for producing accurate documentation of JLG's tele-handler product line.

From co-development of injection molded components through production, assembly and packaging of molded plastics.• Responsible for producing quality injection mold designs• Experience in single-cavity to 16-cavity tooling, including hot runner system designs.• Utilized PTC's Pro/ENGINEER suite of software, including Tool Design• Team member of TECH's Commitment to Quality through ISO practices• Team member responsible for helping to implement Lean Manufacturing processes, including evaluation and implementation of JobBoss for tool room management.• Designing of electrodes for manufacturing on TECH's Makino SNC-64• Maintained and implemented PTC software for both design and manufacturing groups.

• Designed consumer products for industries such as vacuum cleaners, power tools, medical devices and children's toys utilizing Pro/ENGINEER software (Rel. 17-2000i)• Developed design techniques to creating models capable of being produced in TTH's stereolithography (SLA) machines.• Developed urethane cast molds• Project managed designs, including on-site debugging of products at our customers Hong Kong manufacturing facilities.• Maintained and implemented PTC software

I was contracted out through Designers And Draftsmen (DAD Engineering Group now) as a draftsman. Experience with converting Microstation drawings in to Integraph I/EMS CAD system.Also helped evaluate moving to a 3D CAD system. Worked with a team that eventually chose Pro/ENGINEER as their design system.• Responsible for transitioning 2-D designs from Microstation to Integraph I/EMS• During this transition I was also responsible for converting the machines to metric machines.• Worked with the new product development group on injection unit designs.• Worked on team developing a new hydro-mechanical injection molding machine (Calibre)• Team member responsible for evaluating and implementing VDD's first 3-D design system.• My responsibility was to test and evaluate PTC's suite of products, including Pro/ENGINEER and Pro/Mechanica.
