I've been with State Savings Bank for over ten years. Some of my different job titles while here include: Teller, Loan Administrator, and Bank Service Manager. Presently, I am the Senior Vice President & Mortgage Loan Officer for our West Des Moines location. With this position, I help consumers with financing their dream home and walking them through the entire process from start to finish. Some of the projects & committees I have worked with since being employed with SSB are: Social Media, Mobile Banking, Intranet, IT Committee, Innovation Committee, and ALCO Committee. I believe my skills have significantly developed over the past ten years and am a vital part in the growth of State Savings Bank.

I started my career with Fridley Theatres in my hometown working behind the concession stand. As I showed my dedication and skills, the company continued to promote me. After I graduated high school, Fridley transferred me to Indianola as Assistant Manager while I attended college in Des Moines. After a few years at Indianola, I transferred to one of their largest theatres in Pleasant Hill as the new Assistant Manager at that location. I completed several different activities on a day-to-day basis. Some of my responsibilities were managing employees, making deposits, and creating a friendly environment for the customers. I also managed the Social Media page for the Pleasant Hill location.
