In this role, I formulated and prepared syrups for 20+ different beverages according to internal recipes whilst gaining hands-on experience operating and maintaining several production equipment and machineries.- Co-operating with the Syrup Room Team and 60 other team members in operations to formulate beverages safely in tight production deadlines.- Planning and organising batching of syrups for 5 packaging lines according to production schedule- Overseeing and managing operation and CIP of 30 holding tanks and 6 batching tanks with volumes ranging from 4,900 L to 30,000 L- Conducting brix analysis and visual inspections of batch syrups to ensure specifications are achieved- Maintaining documentation of syrup production records using InfinityQS- Documenting incoming raw material stock and creating process orders on SAP- Practising GMP by following standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure safe working environment and product quality
