During the app's alpha, I led usability testing sessions and facilitated focus group discussions to gather valuable feedback from users, and identified key opportunities for improvement in the mobile app's functionality and user experience. Redesigned, deployed, and maintaining company website with Webflow.

Redesigning Mission: Cure’s static, desktop platform to create an engaging mobile experience with enhanced features and more opportunities for user interaction. New platform allows pancreatitis patients to interact with their health data on the go with easier navigation and learn more about their condition.

Worked on the Dexcom Follow app. Conducted user research, prototyping, and usability testing to redesign and explore new features. Created high-fidelity prototypes for new features and addressed userchallenges, receiving enthusiastic approval from both stakeholders and users

Conducted extensive ethnographic research to gain insight into the needs of mobility-disadvantaged individuals and to explore how they would interact with robotaxis and micro-mobility options. Findings were synthesized into research artifacts to guide development of industry partners' future vehicles.

Analyzed micro-mobility spectrum and identified market opportunities for stakeholders. Synthesized findings from user interviews, ethnographic research, and observational studies to prototype Robotaxi passenger experiences and interactions. Designed HMI digital interfaces for upcoming vehicle concepts.
