As a Project Engineer/Project Manager at Essity, it is my role to to justify the need, submit capital expenditure requests, oversee the management and leadership of CAPEX engineering projects onsite, including the budget, schedule, work permits, as well as hiring subcontractors as needed. These projects require excellent communication with several teams to ensure machine shutdowns, warehouse traffic and production disruptions are kept to a minimum.
