As a Project Manager at PLS Pros, it is my role to create Project schedules that will promote the success of the project within the customers desired timeline, maintain the budget of the project to obtain the desired %GP, promote a safety culture, ensure quality of finished product, travel to job-sites as needed, manage any onsite staff and subcontractors to assist in eliminating current or potential roadblocks and order any equipment or tools that may be needed for project completion. As a Project Engineer/Project Manager at Essity, it is my role to to justify the need, submit capital expenditure requests, oversee the management and leadership of CAPEX engineering projects onsite, including the budget, schedule, work permits, as well as hiring subcontractors as needed. These projects require excellent communication with several teams to ensure machine shutdowns, warehouse traffic and production disruptions are kept to a minimum. This can be challenging with ever changing schedules, but with good communication, nothing is impossible.
