Reporting directly to the General ManagerResponsibility: Refresh, create and drive inclusive engagement in diverse communities including: LGBTI+, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, People With Disability, Youth Cancer (Sony Foundation Australia) and Mental Health Accomplishments: LGBTI+ 3 year strategy consultation and launch, dedicated supporter group for 150+ LGBTI+ members, re-establishing the Women's & Men's Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander teams, support of BlowFly Cricket (deaf, blind and ID) participation program, raised a record $44,000 via shirt auction for Youth Cancer during W/BBL seasons in 20-21, facilitated education awareness opportunities in key communities for staff, players, senior leaders and board. Responsibility: Drive activity to make Sydney Sixers the most popular team in the assigned geographic area: Sydney North, Sydney South East, Greater Hunter and Northern NSWAccomplishments: established fan advisory group allowing for deeper conversations with fringe and diverse fans, setup working group with Sixers field force and state engine room to increase participation numbers and brand loyalty (483k target on track), partnered with Burn Bright to launch student leadership program Be The Best Me as a value-add for engaged schools for 10-17 year old’s.
