As the original Founder of the Xpand Group, Australia's first specialist Digital and Technology recruitment firm, I scaled the agency from 0 to 45 consultants across APAC, in the process establishing Xpand as a multi award-winning recruiter, with market specialisation across Digital, Technology, Media & Sales/Marketing. The group is now globally recognised, with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Singapore and Hong Kong.In the role of Managing Director, I was solely responsible for the overall business direction, financial management, sales, and delivery of services. Vision-led, the Xpand business set a new standard for quality of service and market participation for the emerging Digital Technology communities we supported.
