(1) Project Owner – FS SBU Strategic Talent Reviews: Involved as the primary Project Owner for the FS SBU Strategic Talent Reviews (STRs), an annual 360’ Talent review of the Sr. Leadership in the organization – which includes all VP’s/EVP’s and select Directors/Senior Directors.(2) Executive Performance Appraisal (VP/EVP): Project manager for all executive (E/VP) annual appraisals at an FS level.(3) Owner - FS SBU VP Dashboard: Dashboard data-owner, maintenance and analytics.

(1) Talent Management Agenda : Primary SPOC for Talent Identification & Selection for different global interventions run throughout the year, for Senior Leadership & critical Talent cohorts. (2) Co-designing & Program Management of Leadership Development Programs and D&I Interventions for strengthening pipeline and improving retention.- Partnering with internal Learning team, external leadership development consultancy firms, online course providers, conducting market research for designing talent programs/learning journeys.- Providing data analytics and insights to evaluate program efficiency and effectiveness to Leadership.(3) Executive Promotions FS SBU : Project manager, SPOC and analytics for the annual Sr. Directors Promotion process for FS SBU, liaising with Regional HR Teams in an end-to-end capacity.(4) Re-designing and program management of an employee engagement initiative during Covid, aimed at driving leadership conversations in small groups around specific themes, starting with the CXO's. The program impacted employees across 13 countries with 1000+ sessions in a year, and resulting in high engagement scores.(5) Co-lead Employee Engagement Initiative, Pulse - an employee continuous listening platform in Capgemini and drive initiatives on high impact areas.
