Current- Discuss and articulate business requirements with clients, convert functional and technical requirements, design and architect solutions.- Organize the work, scoping, plan tasks, do efforts and cost estimation, risk and impact assessment, ensure timely deliveries.- Lead and manage a midsize team of permanent, contract and outsourced resources.- Coordinate with cross functional teams, lead scrum meetings, keep track of all the tasks, requirements, proactive follow ups.- Take ownership of projects and thrive for delivering excellent quality.- Ensures use and adoption of best design, development and testing practices to build and maintain robust architecture, optimized and scalable solutions.- In case of urgency, do server side, Android app, web code development.- Motivates the team, keeps them at high energy levels.- Reports to the CEO, recruit best talent, do salary negotiations and talent retention, appraisal discussions.
