I managed the entire production process, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of projects from initial concept to final edit. My technical expertise in advanced editing software and production tools allowed me to produce visually compelling content that aligned with the channel's goals. I collaborated closely with various departments, including marketing and programming, to ensure our multimedia efforts supported broader business objectives. Additionally, I played a key role in introducing innovative techniques and technologies to keep Capital TV HD at the cutting edge of the industry, while also mentoring and training junior staff in multimedia production.
