Prior to opening Silberman Law, I gained a tremendous amount of litigation experience at one of Florida’s largest and most prestigious law firms. I have experience handling actions involving condominium and homeowners’ associations, complex commercial and real estate disputes, actions brought by or against financial institutions, landlord tenant disputes, construction litigation cases, and securities arbitration actions. Since opening Silberman Law, I have handled a wide variety of needs for the firm's community association clients, I proudly provide a high level of service to the firm's clients and I enjoy working with volunteer boards to tackle difficult issues confronting their communities. I am part of the first group of Florida attorneys to be Board Certified in Condominium and Planned Development Law, the highest level of recognition by the Florida Bar of the competency and experience of attorneys in this practice area. I was also awarded an AV Preeminent® rating by Martindale-Hubbell following a peer review.
