• End to End implementation of Absence Management with accruals & SSHR.• Live & support of Absence Self-service for all the projects.• Dynamic Approval hierarchy using AME.• Data upload for core HR.• Custom module of Manpower Transfer (OAF) with approvals integrated with core HR.• WEBADI for mass employee transfers and Iqama EITs. • Wage File generation as per bank’s specification.• Providing helpful standard solutions to business users.• Troubleshooting Payroll and Retropay issues.• Customizing PO Account Generator.• Creating reports in oracle BI Publisher, oracle developer and java concurrent program.• Documentation for functional cycles and procedures of customized system.• Release document preparation with all steps for deployment to SQA and Production.• Performance tuning for slow performance forms, procedures and functions.• Conducting meetings with DBAs to overcome performance issues.• Adding and editing elements, balances, fast formulas, formula functions etc.• Detailed testing of customized forms & Reports. • Troubleshooting for both technical and functional issues.• Conducting training and one to one meeting with functional/business people.• Backup DBA

In Multilynx, I provided my services of software testing and support to the Administration department of client. The client was Mobilink, a re known Telecommunication company of Pakistan. Worked as Regional System Administrator. Job role involves Automating manual work flows, Managing ongoing projects, Timely deployment of application and modules, Handling internal applications running nationwide, Coordinating with developers for development of new modules and applications, Analysis and Design of new modules, Security testing of application in cooperation with Mobilink IT Security department.

I worked at Newtech Solutions on ASP and VB. While working in the team of 5 persons, I developed and provided support to Login, Xtreme Mail and Property Module of Xtremeagent (Real Estates Agent website) in ASP, I also Developed software system of File Comparison in VB and also got the chance to work on socket programming.
