In addition to cultivating soft skills, I have had the privilege of managing real-time large-scale systems, including the ground-up development of modules and proactive maintenance of live applications.• Developed and managed a highly successful customer loyalty bonus system, offering personalised complimentary data based on customer tenure serving nearly 30 million customers on a monthly basis.• Designed and oversaw the development of a mission-critical CRM technology comprising three microservices, responsible for delivering over 20 million daily notifications to our customer base through push notifications.• Implemented a caching strategy and multithreading techniques to enhance the performance of Elasticsearch, resulting in a significant reduction in average response time from over 5 seconds to just 200 milliseconds.• Developed and managed an engagement system that integrates with prominent social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and RSS feeds using Java SpringBoot, MongoDB and Apache Airflow.
