- Identified 3 key markets from a database of 2800+ DaVita dialysis clinics to conduct 50 patient interviews nationwide to gather qualitative and quantitative data to gauge performance of clinical outcomes of competitors in the value-based care field- Analyzed data regarding 4 key clinical outcomes of the competitors of interest and modeled these metrics against DaVita’s performance using Microsoft Excel- Synthesized patient interviews to find common themes in competitors’ model of care and leveraged clinical data to inform DaVita leadership of how DaVita’s value-based strategy is performing compared to that of the competitors
