I created dashboards to monitor our API and software usage by the vendors. I wrote SQL queries to verify that key metrics were being collected for new fields whenever a change was made in the insurance software. I created and executed JSON scripts in Postman to improve the accuracy of our API. I also performed software testing on the the third party applications that were linked to our main software and tracked any errors using iconnect and Jira.

I performed quality tests on cell phones, hotspots, and watches according to product specification. I documented critical data such as model number, damages, and missing parts of a device. I collaborated with team members and trainers to resolve problems on all devices.

I worked in a fast paced environment to ensure customer orders were packed in a timely and correct manner. I problem solved issues like lost items and malfunctioning machinery by getting help from colleagues and the computer.

I presented to over 30+ customers in one on one appointments to showcase CUTCO cutlery and helping them find the right pieces for their needs. I answered customer questions in a quick and helpful manner which helped build trust in the brand and gaining recommendations for other potential customers.
