Principal Product Designer
CurrentResponsibilities:1. Provide leadership and guidance to the design team, setting the overall design direction for projects and ensuring consistency in design quality by reviewing and deciding on an average of 10-15 product designer tasks/stories per sprint.2. Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and workflow to ensure timely and successful project delivery by regularly coordinating with other departments and stakeholders to understand project requirements and priorities.3. Mentor and coach members of the design team, fostering their professional growth and skill development.4. Oversee user research initiatives to gather insights and validate design decisions.5. Conduct performance reviews for team members. Provide constructive feedback, set goals, and support the professional development of each team member.6. Collaborate with product managers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to align design efforts with overall product and business goals.Achievements:1. Improve and balance product design workload by creating a new flow and specific JIRA board for the Product Design Team. Previously, there was still an imbalance in workload between individuals. Currently, the distribution of tasks per individual is balanced with 15-20 story points per sprint (1 SP = 4 working hours).2. Conduct 8 sharing sessions on internal design in 2023 with several topics.3. In the last quarter of 2023, we launched Gokomodo Apps and have gathered more than 440 users, with more than 300 transactions worth IDR 320.000.000++.4. From Jan-Nov 2023, through the GokoBiz platform we have earned more than IDR 167.000.000.000++ in transaction value.5. As a Design Lead for Revamping the Gokomodo website, we successfully increased website views by approximately 30% to 71,591 and user traffic by approximately 20% to 49,158 within the first-month post-revamp.
