Inspect raw material to ensure consistency and integrity AND Sample, test, audit and monitor to verifythat all processes, procedures and products are being manufactured in a safe and compliant manner.Routine inspection in the production line in order to ensure consistency in product quality and raise thecomplaints to concerned if any deviations.Conduct verification checks to ensure equipment is suitably calibrated to comply with requiredstandards.Record and investigate incidents and customer complaints.Prepare and update product and raw material specification.Produces reports of defects and problem, raise NCR and make sure remedial actions/follow ups arecarried out and closed out.Complete all necessary documentation, ensuring that it is kept accurate and ready for internal andexternal audits and highlighting when non-conformance requires corrective action
