I believe in doing this through using insight to understand what needs to be designed and following this up with a combination of creative thinking and a solid commercial approach.I've worked with a wide range of social-purpose organisations including some of the UK's largest charities, social enterprises and Local Authorities.I have almost fifteen years experience of innovation, also working for industries including telecomms, media, information services and financial services and have also launched my own startup.
