Responsible for overseeing the national delivery and expansion of Level's Indigenous Youth Outreach Program, a justice education and mentorship program that breaks down the barriers between the justice system and Indigenous youth.

Led on the design and delivery of the Mosaic Institute's Next Generation program, a social justice curriculum for grade 11 students in Ontario. Trained and managed a team of facilitators to deliver the program which included the development of a facilitation guide and several in-person training sessions. Developed and oversaw annual program budget including monitoring cash flows and expenditures and reporting spending to donors.
